He is well-versed in modern treatment techniques for the management of urological pathologies and has been trained in brachytherapy and robotic surgery.
Dr Louw-Waldi Vlok obtained his medical degree at the University of Stellenbosch, where he also later completed his specialist training. In 2020, the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa awarded him the Lionel B Goldschmidt Medal for his brilliant performance as an outstanding candidate in the Fellowship examination of the College of Urologists.
